We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that may harm our service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer

Pars Player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any content accessed through third-party IPTV providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
