About Our Service

Pars IPTV Player is a media player application only. We do not host, store, stream, or distribute any media content. Users provide their own IPTV playlist URLs and credentials from their own IPTV service providers. We have no control over the content accessible through these third-party services.

Filing a Copyright Complaint

Despite not hosting content, we take copyright infringement claims seriously. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through our cloud sync service infringes your copyright, please submit a formal notice to our designated agent.

Required Information

Your notice must include all of the following (per DMCA Section 512(c)(3) and Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846):

  • Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including registration number if available
  • Identification of the infringing material — Sufficient detail for us to locate the material (e.g., playlist name, user account, URL)
  • Your contact information — Full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
  • Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  • Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

Our Response Process

We follow a structured process for handling copyright complaints:

  • Receipt — We acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
  • Review — We review the notice for completeness and validity within 48 hours
  • Action — If valid, we take appropriate action which may include removing identified playlist data from the user's cloud-synced content, notifying the affected user, or requesting the user to remove the infringing content
  • User Response — The affected user is given an opportunity to respond or submit a counter-notification
  • Repeat Infringers — Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint

Important Notice

Since Pars IPTV Player does not host or distribute content, copyright complaints about specific media content (TV channels, movies, series) should be directed to the IPTV service provider that hosts and distributes the content. We are an intermediary tool, similar to a web browser or media player like VLC. We cooperate with copyright holders and law enforcement to the extent required by applicable law.
